Made using organically reared venison from the Knepp Estate. The muscle is rubbed in our cure and left to naturally air dry for around 12 weeks, we then slice thinly.

Ingredients - Organically reared venison, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.
