All orders are now only processed Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed between 6am Thursday – 6am Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Order by 6am Thursday for delivery on Friday.

The Wild Range selection

We believe in using every available part of the animal. We urge you to be adventurous and take advantage of some of the cheaper options, which can be just as delicious and are highly nutritious. You will find some delicious recipe suggestions for some of our more unusual cuts.

Beef animals are culled between August and November, after the spring/summer growing season and before the winter, and the beef matured on the bone for tenderness and flavour. Pigs are culled from November to December after fattening on acorns, which gives them a wonderful depth of flavour; and venison from August to April. Culling at these times of the year enables our animals to overwinter in sustainable herd sizes.

Freezing the meat locks in the taste and goodness and allows us to distribute all year round. Our meat is as tender and tastes just as good from frozen as it does fresh.
